Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations We ship to various locations within South Africa. If you have questions about shipping to your area, please contact our customer service team.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@volgare.co.za to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, package the item(s) securely and include the original packing slip.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
